1.5 Payment information
Customer payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers, including Paystack.
African Beauty Fans does not store full card numbers, CVV numbers or sensitive card payment information on its systems.

Where split-payment functionality is used, payments may be automatically distributed between African Beauty Fans and the relevant Provider or Seller by the payment provider at the time of transaction.
African Beauty Fans does not hold customer funds on behalf of Providers or Sellers and does not provide escrow services.
1.6 Provider, Seller and Rider Payment Information
Providers, Sellers and Riders may be required to provide banking or payment information where necessary to receive payments directly through approved payment providers or for other legitimate business purposes.

Providers, Sellers and Riders are responsible for ensuring that their information remains accurate and up to date.
African Beauty Fans does not hold customer funds on behalf of Providers or Sellers.
1.7 Rider location data
Rider location is collected only when the Rider is logged in, online and using the Rider dashboard.
We use Rider location data to:
- Match nearby Riders with delivery jobs
- Show Customers delivery progress
- Allow admin to monitor active deliveries
- Improve delivery safety
- Confirm delivery activity
Rider tracking is used for delivery purposes only. African Beauty Fans does not intend to track Riders when they are offline or not using the delivery system.

- Providers where needed to complete a booking
- Sellers where needed to process a product order
- Riders where needed to complete delivery
- Customers where Provider or Seller contact details are displayed on profile pages

Providers and Sellers may display contact details on their profile pages so that Customers can contact them directly about their products, services, bookings, complaints, adverse reactions, aftercare, refund requests relating to products or services supplied by the Provider or Seller or other Provider/Seller-specific issues.
Providers and Sellers are responsible for keeping these details accurate and up to date.
